1. STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS

  • Design and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with organisation's vision, mission, and values.

  • Analyse communication needs and target audience to tailor key messages and outreach effectively.

  • Leading and guiding communications teams under North West CDD (Holland-Bukit Timah GRC, Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC, Sembawang GRC, Nee Soon GRC), consisting 4 comms sub-leaders and 19 comms members.

  • Ensure all content (i.e social media videos, photos, media releases) reflects the organisation's brand voice and message.

  • Facilitate communications between divisions and other government agencies to ensure alignment.

2. CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS

  • Strategise, produce advisories and mitigation plans, and draft messages to prevent (or lessen) crises and their risks and protect the organisation's reputation.

  • Collaborate with incident teams from various divisions and government agencies to deliver timely and executionable solutions. 

3. PROJECT MANAGEMENTS

  • Produce deliverable communication plans that outline projects' objectives, target audience, and timeline, as well as the dissemination of comms execution plans through digital and traditional print media.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align all messaging and comms execution plans.

  • Foster collaboration amongst various team members in various divisions to enhance productivity and efficiency in comms operations.

  • Produce proposals for new ideas and after-action review (AAR) reports to evaluate project performance and identify new solutions to improve future projects and executions.
